I worked with Refinitiv (now part of LSEG) on complex internal tools used by financial professionals to analyse large datasets, track portfolio activity, and manage regulatory reporting. My focus was on simplifying dense workflows, improving data readability, and helping users navigate intricate financial information with greater confidence.
Through user interviews, journey mapping and iterative prototyping, I helped redesign key parts of the platform to reduce friction, speed up decision-making, and give users clearer, more intuitive ways to work with high-volume, high-risk data. The result was a more efficient, scalable system that supported both daily tasks and long-term analytical needs.
